Vegan Smoothie Your Kids Will Love
3/4 cup OJ
1 cup frozen berries (I also put in pineapple)
1 banana
2 ounces Silken Tofu

Ella giving a thumbs up to this delish smoothie :)
About 250 cals, 4 grams fat, lots of carbs but they're good carbs (about 45)
